Refund Policy

Our fees are charged for professional guidance, profile evaluation, documentation support and service delivery. Because these are service-based, refunds are considered against the stage of work already completed at the time of a request.

If you cancel before any substantive service work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party charges (such as government, institution or processing fees already incurred).

Once profile evaluation, consultation or documentation work has begun, fees corresponding to the completed work are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for work not yet performed may be considered for refund.

As visa, work-permit, admission and immigration decisions rest with the relevant authorities, employers and institutions, an unfavourable decision by such parties is not, by itself, a basis for a refund of service fees.
