B2B Partner Agreement

1. Partnership
This agreement governs the relationship between the recruitment agency (Partner) and Dalimit Online for the submission and management of candidates through the platform.
2. Partner obligations
The Partner confirms it is a duly registered and, where required, licensed recruitment agency, authorised to represent candidates, and will obtain documented consent from each candidate before submitting their information.
3. Candidate consent
The Partner warrants that every candidate has consented to the collection, submission and processing of their personal data and documents for recruitment purposes. Consent is recorded on submission within the platform.
4. Data protection
Both parties will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where relevant) and the Dalimit Online Privacy Policy.
5. Fees & outcomes
Applying to the network is free. Recruitment outcomes are subject to employer and authority processes and are not guaranteed.
6. Term & termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with notice. Obligations relating to confidentiality and data protection survive termination.
